The classic way to center a fiber laser nozzle is to stick tape on the nozzle, fire a pulse, read the burn mark, turn a screw — and repeat. Every operator reads the mark differently, every shot costs time, and a small error you can’t see leads to one-sided dross, uneven kerf and lost cut quality.

What does the nozzle centering system do?
It measures where your fiber laser beam sits relative to the nozzle center and shows the X and Y deviation live on a smartphone screen. You turn the centering screws on the cutting head and watch the beam move to the center in real time — no tape shots, no guessing.
Does it use a separate alignment laser?
No. The system analyzes the machine’s own laser beam with an image-processing camera, so you center the beam you actually cut with.
Which cutting heads is it compatible with?
It is designed for fiber laser cutting heads from different brands, using interchangeable nozzle adapters. It is shown working on a BOCHU (BOCI) head in our videos. Send us your head model and we will confirm the right adapter.
How long does centering take?
